Food Service
Mrs. Wilkes and two of her high school nutrition classes worked very hard to prepare for and participate in the Michigan Apple Crunch Day on October 17, 2024. They visited the Schultz Farm to see apples being grown. They then developed and taste tested recipes using these apples. The favorite recipe was overnight oats with roasted apples and that is now on the HS breakfast menu.
